Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. To maintain the highest standards of safety and hardware integrity, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or compatibility errors. Please verify your device requirements before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues

We have a 30-day window for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us through our [Contact Us Form] so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Eligibility for Defective Returns

To be eligible for a replacement or refund on a defective item:

  • The issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be in its original packaging. 

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via our contact form will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items or gift cards.

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear or user misuse.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to report the defective item via our contact form. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for a new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your defective return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
